We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. If you place your order after 1pm on a weekday or over the weekend, it will be processed the next available weekday.

EU and International Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders the next working day. Please allow 2-11 business days for deliveries within the EU and 3-17 business days for all international deliveries.

Please note UK VAT will not be charged for any orders outside the UK. You may however be charged your local VAT rate and possibly some custom and admin fees.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the item(s) are returned to us, unused and with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please email info@flooat.studio to process your refund request.


Please note that delivery costs of returned items will need to be covered by you. Unless the items arrived faulty, damage or sent by us in error. When returning item(s) it is your responsibility until they reach us and we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. We recommend using a registered and recorded delivery service so that you have proof of dispatch incase the item(s) are lost.


Unfortunately, for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on health tea items with broken seals.
