About the gathering

POTLUCK is a series of communal meals between friends and like-minded enthusiasts looking for some reasons to gather. This May, our reason is to eat ssam (meaning something wrapped in lettuce in Korean). Each guest will be asked to bring a dish of their own, that in their opinion is the perfect match for pairing with ssam. As hosts, flōoat and Nandal Seo, we will be providing a variety of lettuce - carefully selected for their subtle differences in flavours and texture, rice, ssamjang, cold brewed ginger tea with jujube (Táng), and pandan blondies for dessert.

We look forward to filling our 2.4 metres table with 15 different reasons for eating ssam. Get creative and see you on May 25th! 15 guests. Saturday May 25th. 6:00 - 9:00 pm. Guilford Street, London WC1N 1DP.
